Extra tender with pale green stems and a delicate, mild taste.
Highly productive and excellent for containers. Tender white stems can be eaten raw or cooked and good for microgreens.
Sow in late winter for spring harvest, or in late summer for fall harvest. Cool season crop. Frost hardy.
