These are called Dalle khursani in the Nepali language.
It has got some pretty impressive scores on the Scoville scale, ranging between 1,00,000 to 3,50,000 Scoville Heat Units, these figures are quite similar to habanero chillies. They are used in local food preparations and are known for their medical properties, too.

Dalle Khursani Pepper Care:

• Sunlight Requirement: Pepper required full sunlight.
• Sowing: Sow them 1/4″ deep and keep the soil at 80-85 degrees F until germination, seeds require lots of warmth to germinate.
• Soil: Use river sand in the potting mix to make the soil well-drained.
• Fertilizer: Use Organic fertilizers and the soil should be rich in phosphorus, potassium, and calcium.
• Watering: Peppers need a steady supply of water for best performance.
