Bishop Crown Chilli Seeds

The Bishop’s Crown Pepper has been named due to the wide flat wings resembling a Bishop’s Crown

It is a unique thin-skinned red pepper with the unusual appearance of a tri-cornered hat like a Catholic Bishop’s Crown.

Their wonderfully fruity taste makes them amazing in salsa and pickles, and you can eat them fresh or dried.

Heat Level: 5,000 to 30,000 (Scoville Heat Units) SHUs.
