Description

This heirloom variety is quite thin-skinned, which means it’s prone to split, and doesn’t have a lot of flesh. Ok for salads but not so good for cooking. Plants are highly adaptable and very productive over a long season. Like most black tomatoes, the flavor is pleasingly rich, especially tasty in sauces.
