Ashwagandha Seeds

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an evergreen woody herb with purple or green flowers and red fruit.

Ayurvedic tradition has known the use of the roots and leaves of the ashwagandha plant for more than 4000 years.

It is often referred to as “Indian Ginseng” because of its similar restorative and rejuvenating properties.

Ashwagandha loves heat and full sun. It tolerates most soils but prefers fast-draining, alkaline ones.
